Basically, it is a licensing exam offered by the USA as well as Canada, and it is conducted in many other overseas countries in their Prometric centers.

Here are some of the steps that you should follow when you set yourself preparing for this exam.

1:  Recommendation By Veterinary Students

Most of the veterinary students who are in their 4th year of the degree program suggest that it is important to have a lengthy or a long period during which you can prepare for your exam by practicing more questions. The period should be at least 4-6 months which is enough for anyone to prepare for this exam if he has a good academic performance. Apart from that, you should design a proper study plan for yourself. Search for the past papers of the Navle exam and also enroll in different online platforms Like ZUKU Reviews or VETPrepThese are two online companies that provide you with MCQs along with their explanation in the description. But some veterinarians recommend signing up for the VetPrep because this allows free resubscription if the candidates fail to crack the exam on the first attempt.

2: There Should Be A Check And Balance

It is a psychological fact that when you prepare yourself to sit and study, if you read your notes or books again and again without proper focus or knowledge retention, all of the time that you spend on your studies can go in vain. So it is essential for the students to revise those topics and encourage themselves and their brains to recall information while they are on a break or after a study period. Another important tip is to build your concepts on the respective topics by revising them multiple times which will allow you to have a strong command of your subjects.

3: Make A Study Group

According to research those students who enroll themselves in a study group, get more opportunities to learn quickly and efficiently because they will frequently recall topics that they have studied earlier, and answering the questions verbally will allow them to retain the concept that they have gained from the topic. Choose a group containing a maximum of six or seven members and try to avoid large groups because it will cause disturbance during your study session. Try to answer as many questions as you can because it will enhance your confidence rather than relying on your partner.

4: Revise Your Topics In Spare Time

Students of the medical profession are highly encouraged to study during their spare time when they are off from their classes or clinical practices and as a result, they can focus on their studies more efficiently by having enough time for studies also for refreshment and self-care as well. Try to carry notes and flashcards along with you and study them when you find free time after the classes.

5: Use Past Papers

You are free to subscribe to any one of these two platforms. The subscription fee depends on the length of your enrollment in these courses.

7: Prepare Your Own Notes!

Creating your own personal notes will be a game-changer in cracking the NAVLE exam. The process of summarizing and organizing the study material may help you reinforce essential concepts in your mind. Writing in your own words will enable you to have a better understanding and retention of complex topics.
